Refund policy

Since each and every piece is handmade to order, we do not accept returns. If you have a problem with your piece please contact us within 7 days of your box was signed for. Our number one priority is that you love your new jewelry. If you are unsure about any aspect of a piece, please do not hesitate to reach out directly to hello@getdosha.com We are always happy to send additional photos and details, or talk through a particular piece over the phone prior to purchasing. In the case that you receive an item that simply does not work for you, please contact us.
