I can’t put into words the amazing service we had with Dosha! Me and my partner were in LA and out of nowhere we decided to just book an appointment as I saw their Instagram and I always wanted a pink sapphire and not many places had one for me to see. I called up and kindly had a space for us! Honestly we never felt so comfortable and welcomed by Sij, we have been to other stores and no one took us seriously and were being very judgmental. So I would just like to thank Sij for being so kind and understanding! Without you me and my partner wouldn’t have found our amazing ring <3 we would also like to thank Susannah for being so patient and understanding my vision as we went down the route to get a bespoke ring! Best decision as the ring is honestly breathtaking. During the design process, Susannah helped me get my vision to life. During the consultation at their premises in London we were shown a selection of rings that I had already expressed an interest in. I was really impressed by the quality straight away and the colours of the stones were so vivid. I chose an emerald vintage style ring and it arrived yesterday. It’s absolutely beautiful. I have small hands and was worried that even the smallest size ring might look a bit ostentatious but it’s so stunning I don’t care! Thank you to everyone. I’m loving wearing it.

Just perfect from start to finish. The level of customer support, care and communication throughout was excellent. Every possible request I made was carefully implemented and the entire process couldn’t have been smoother.
