After attending one of Dosha’s events & expressing interest in a bespoke wedding ring, Susannah from the concierge team reached out to me. I was unsure about what I wanted at first, but Susannah was very helpful & knowledgable, helping me narrow down my options. Finally, I decided on a bespoke peridot chevron ring with sage green stones & a custom arch to fit perfectly around my engagement ring. Susannah communicated with me throughout the process, was always happy to answer any questions I had, & kept me well informed. From the consultation, to sourcing the perfect stones & crafting the ring, the entire process was flawless. This is my first piece of Dosha jewellery & definitely won’t be my last!

I can’t put into words the amazing service we had with Dosha! Me and my partner were in LA and out of nowhere we decided to just book an appointment as I saw their Instagram and I always wanted a pink sapphire and not many places had one for me to see. I called up and kindly had a space for us! Honestly we never felt so comfortable and welcomed by Sij, we have been to other stores and no one took us seriously and were being very judgmental. Absolutely fantastic service and quality of product. Due to their offices being located too far away from me I decided to buy an engagement ring online which I was initially nervous about. However the concierge team at Dosha was at hand every single step of the way and ensured that I knew exactly what the ring looked like before sending it and that it arrived in time for the big day. I was especially impressed at their continued support after I had received the ring. Nothing ever seemed too much hassle or bother. We even had a Zoom call to discuss resizing options.
